Azerion Expands Partnership to Exclusively Release Ubisoft Nano Titles | Pocket

Azerion revealed that it has extended its partnership with Ubisoft to exclusively publish Ubisoft Nano games.

Developed by Vietnam-based Ubisoft Da Nang, Ubisoft Nano is a collection of instant board games playable on mobile devices and a browser.

In 2021, Ubisoft Nano has generated over 10 million players across its portfolio and hopes to generate millions more through the partnership.

For example, Ubisoft Nano’s Hungry Shark Arena has racked up over five million games since its release via Azerion’s GameDistribution a few months ago, underscoring the platform’s reach.

Going forward, Azerion will manage the distribution and monetization of all seven Ubisoft Nano titles through its platform over the next two years. This includes all of the future lineup for seasons two and three of the collection.

“This partnership is one of the most important strategic agreements for the Azerion content distribution network in 2022,” said Erol Erturk, executive vice president of games and strategic partnerships for Azerion.

“We are proud to represent Ubisoft’s brands and bring them to the casual general public through the Azerion distribution network, from cross-platform game portals to subscription services and telecommunications operators. “

Ubisoft Da Nang Studio Director Aurélien Palasse added: “Ubisoft Nano was designed to bring our world to new audiences and Azerion is the perfect partner to put our games in the hands of millions of new players consuming games on unconventional platforms such as a web browser or telecom subscription. “

In addition, the new partnership coincides with the addition of three new games from Ubisoft’s Ketchapp subsidiary to the GameDistribution platform. The 10 new titles will be playable online on more than 1,000 sites subscribed to GameDistribution services.

In December, Azerion signed a two-year partnership with in-game ads and monetization platform Bidstack, providing access to over 40 million new users.
