Pocket FM strengthens its management team with two key appointments

Pocket FM, a personalized audio streaming service, has announced the appointment of Shubh Bansal as Vice President of Growth and Rahul Nag as Head of Communications. With these appointments, the company would intensify its efforts to accelerate revenue, accelerate growth initiatives and elevate its brand positioning.

As Pocket FM experiences exponential growth in listener engagement, content creation and monetization, Bansal will lead business growth initiatives among listeners and new business opportunities. He was co-founder of Truebil, an automotive technology platform acquired by Spinny, where he was responsible for growth, marketing and revenue. Prior to Truebil, he was associated with Housing.com.

Nag will drive stakeholder engagement through external, social media, and internal communications, while establishing Pocket FM as a culture-focused internet organization. With over a decade and a half of experience in the communications landscape, he has worked with organizations such as Flock, Mindtree and ShareChat. In his previous roles, he led crisis communications for Mindtree during the L&T takeover dispute and was instrumental in leading communications for ShareChat and Moj.

Bansal and Nag will report to Rohan Nayak, CEO and co-founder of Pocket FM.
